- Medical articles: Created by our in-house content team, which includes qualified doctors and biologists. Each article goes through a double-review process before publication.
- Reviews: Submitted by users and moderated before being published to ensure authenticity.
Editorial Standards
We follow strict editorial standards to ensure all content meets professional and scientific expectations:

- Scientific integrity: Articles and content follow evidence-based guidelines
- YMYL compliance: We follow Google’s “Your Money or Your Life” (YMYL) content quality standards due to the sensitive nature of health information

- Clinics that submit their information must go through a verification process before their data appears publicly.

- We use AI-powered systems that monitor official clinic websites for updates (e.g., changes in service prices)
- Users can report errors via the “Noticed incorrect information?” feature, allowing fast correction of outdated or incorrect data
Third-Party Contributions and Sponsored Listings
While clinics may pay to be listed on our platform, their inclusion does not guarantee promotional treatment. All paid submissions are subject to the same editorial checks and neutrality requirements as other content. Editorial integrity is never influenced by payment or sponsorship.

Where applicable, we cite and reference official or reputable sources such as:

User-Generated Content (UGC)
